|Q||How do I send an invoice?|
After you create an invoice, you may send it to your customer in any of
the following ways, for example:
- By E-mail
Probably the least expensive and fastest way to send your invoice. The
invoice.com system allows you to send your invoices via E-mail whenever you are logged
in to your account. The system will also keep track of the date the invoice was sent.
- By Regular Post (snail mail)
If you or your customer prefers, you can print a copy of the invoice and send it
via regular (snail) mail. When your customer receives the invoice, they can still
log in to view and/or pay their invoice on-line.
- By Fax
Simply print a copy of the invoice and fax it to your customer. As above, your
customers can log in to view and/or pay their invoice on-line.
